सूचना / नोटिस – यह एक औपचारिक सूचना होती है जो किसी व्यक्ति को कानूनी कार्यवाही, अधिकार या दायित्व की जानकारी देने के लिए दी जाती है।

Types of Notice:
1) Actual Notice: When a person is directly informed.
2) Constructive Notice: When the law presumes a person should have known, even if they didn’t receive actual notice.
3) Legal Notice: A formal notice sent usually through an advocate, before initiating legal proceedings (e.g., under Section 80 of CPC for suing the Government).
